By accessing or using goldenstrike.com.au, registering an account, purchasing tickets, or otherwise interacting with any service provided by Golden Strike Lottery Pty Ltd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our platform.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Strike Lottery Pty Ltd (ABN 67 123 456 789) of New South Wales, Australia. They apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other person who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.
We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party, and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You must notify us immediately via [email protected] or by calling 1800 858 858 if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Golden Strike Lottery Pty Ltd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to such notification.
Each person may only hold one registered account. The creation of duplicate or fraudulent accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending prizes.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved the ticket details, including the draw date and ticket numbers.
All prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and direct bank transfer. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Golden Strike Lottery Pty Ltd does not store full card details on our servers.
Tickets will only be issued upon successful payment confirmation. In the event of a payment failure, no ticket will be generated and no liability will be accepted. Receipt confirmation will be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of a successful transaction.
We reserve the right to impose purchase limits per account, per draw, or per payment method in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations and regulatory requirements.
Official draw results are published on goldenstrike.com.au promptly after each draw is conducted. Winners will be notified by email to their registered address within 24 hours of the draw.
Prizes under $1,000 AUD are credited automatically to your Golden Strike account within 3–5 business days of the official draw. Prizes of $1,000 AUD or more require completion of our prize claim process, including identity verification, before funds are disbursed.
Prizes above $10,000 AUD may require an in-person claim at our registered NSW office and may also be subject to reporting obligations under Australian anti-money laundering legislation. We reserve the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory completion of all required checks.
All prize claims must be submitted within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period are forfeited and may be directed to community benefit funds in accordance with NSW lottery regulations.

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to attempt to circumvent any responsible gaming controls applied to your account. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your gambling has become harmful, we reserve the right to apply additional restrictions to your account, including mandatory cooling-off periods or permanent exclusion.
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:
Breach of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on goldenstrike.com.au, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Golden Strike Lottery Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. The Golden Strike name and logo are registered trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell, sub-licence, or commercially exploit the platform or its content.
Golden Strike Lottery Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, system outages, data errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a technical error that affects a draw result, ticket issuance, or prize calculation, our liability is strictly limited to the face value of the tickets directly affected. We reserve the right to void a draw and reissue tickets at our sole discretion in the event of a material error.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the Lotteries and Art Unions Act 1901 (NSW) and all associated regulations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users by email in advance. Your continued use of the platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We recommend that you review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulation. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately, and any pending prizes may be subject to further investigation before release.
